Important Information for Presenter Applications 

• You may submit as many presentations as you would like. However, we ask that all presentations are sandtray play therapy related.
• Presentations are two (2) hours in length.
• Three (3) recent (within the last five years) references must be provided in APA format for each presentation.
• All presenters will be provided with a projector, sound, and a laser/clicker. However, the presenter will need to bring a laptop for the presentation. 
• Presenters must register for the Summit.
• Presenters are invited to attend a special presenters-only reception on Saturday evening April 24, 2026 at the Summit venue.
• Interactive presentations are encouraged.  Please make note of how you plan to use the sandtray during your presentation in the description. 
• Communication will be with the main presenter only.  
• Submissions will not be accepted after August 15, 2025. 
• Presenters will be notified during the week of September 26th regarding application status and with any requested changes. 
• A schedule for the Summit will be released in October 2025 but may be subject to sessions being shifted if necessary.
• You must be a member of IAST to be a presenter.  If you have not already joined, please go here –> Join IAST 
• Incomplete proposals will be rejected being reviewed.
