Build foundational provider identity, leadership awareness, advanced sandtray processing skills, teaching presence, and consultation experience.

Deepen teaching, facilitation, consultation, business, evaluation, and leadership skills through experiential learning and trainer development.

🌳 Phase 3 Mentored Apprenticeship & Provider Development
Observe • Practice • Integrate • Prepare to Lead
Participate in immersive mentorship and apprenticeship experiences within a live ICST cohort alongside an approved ICST-Provider.
This is where your Provider development moves into real-world practice—learning alongside an experienced Provider as you observe, participate, facilitate consultation, practice teaching, and prepare to lead a future ICST cohort of your own.

The ICST-Provider Training Program is a two-year commitment.

ICST-Provider Training Program: $6,750
3 PHASES OF TUITION
Tuition is divided across the three phases:
Travel, lodging, meals, transportation, and other personal expenses associated with required in-person apprenticeship experiences (during Phase 3) are not included in tuition unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment options include paying in full or a monthly payment plan.
The Pay-in-Full option saves $450.
Payment plans begin December 2026.

Completion of one phase does not automatically guarantee advancement into the next phase.
Progression into each phase requires:
- successful completion of the previous phase
- demonstrated competency and professionalism

- trainer recommendations and approval
Completion of the ICST-Provider Formation Program does not automatically guarantee ICST-Provider credentialing.
Provider Credentialing is awarded based on:
- demonstrated competency
- professionalism
- leadership readiness
- mentorship evaluations
- alignment with ICST standards
