Description: This workshop will focus on what burnout looks like, the cost of burnout, and how to get your life back through Sandtray and other experiential exercises.
Objective: Participants will identify 3 signs of burnout and implement 2 ways to use Sandtray to treat burnout as a therapist.

Title: Creatively Regulating the Vagus Nerve with ABC’s
Description: This workshop will focus on using creative techniques to regulate the vagus nerve in the sandtray, for both therapists and clients.
Objective: Participants will develop creative techniques in the sandtray while exploring the neuroscience of the vagus nerve, parasympathetic nervous system (rest and relaxation) and sympathetic nervous system (fight-flight-freeze).

not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. The International
Association for Sandtray Therapy is solely responsible for all aspects of
